General
If you give us an insufficient address and your package is returned or if we are requested an additional fee from our shipper to deliver your package, you will be held responsible for all the charges.
If any items are not available in our stock, you will be contacted to let you know the delay of your delivery.
In some cases you may be requested to provide additional identification information so that we can correctly process your international order. You will be contacted by email regarding these requirements.
Occasionally, the shipping amount listed on your order may not be accurate due to the dimensions of the package. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of any additional charges, but if we do not receive a reply within 1 week, we will cancel your order. Please contact Customer Service by email ( info@o2creation.com ) for more information or if you have any additional questions.
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package is delivered in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. It is our policy not to lower values of shipped goods. If you or your country s customs office reject your shipment, or if your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reasons, we will refund you for the rejected items; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the mistake is the responsibility of the shipping company, you will have to contact them directly if you wish a refund on your fees.

This is an economic option and it provides a reliable service to over 210 destinations worldwide. It offers a 24 hours TRACKING service.
Delivery time is usually 3 to 7 days, although it varies from different countries.
FedEx International Priority (IP)
FedEx IP service provides premier time-definite, customs-cleared, door-to-door express delivery service to more than 220 countries & territories. This can increase the speed and reliability of your delivery.

* Next business day delivery to Asian destinations
* Next 2 business days to major Europe destinations
* 1-2 business day delivery to major destinations worldwide
FedEx International Economy (IE)
With FedEx International Economy, you can afford to upgrade your important but less urgent shipments to dependable, day-definite delivery.
Delivery typically applies in 2-4 business days, two business days for Asia, three business days for the U.S. and 3-4 business days for any destinations in Europe.
Alternatively we may use DHL or UPS express in order to provide the best service to our customers. We will contact you to confirm the shipper and shipping costs if any changes occur.
Important: we do not process deliveries for PO boxes.
