SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped within 48 hours on SpeedPost or FedEX (DHL or UPS might also be used in order to provide a better customer service. In any case you will be notified by email and/or phone before shipment). Standard shipping takes approximately 1 to 7 business days, although it varies from different countries. You will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once the shipment is made.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
O2 CREATION does accept returns or exchanges. The item has to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please simply return the item in NEW and UNUSED state with all tags, labels and original packaging for a full refund or an exchange. We do not accept items which have been already used.
