RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
O2 CREATION accepts returns or exchanges for any item within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please just return the item in NEW and UNUSED condition with all tags, labels and original packaging included, for a full refund or an exchange. To make a return or exchange, simply inform the Customer Service at info@o2creation.com. We will send you a return form within 24 hours regarding exhange/return procedure.
